Service Agreement Terms
Guidance for Engaging with Creation Infoways
By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms governing project execution and responsibilities.
1. Scope of Work (SOW) Management
All projects require a formally signed SOW detailing deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Any out-of-scope work must be addressed via a change request and amendment.
2. Payment and Milestones
Projects are billed based on pre-defined milestones or time-and-materials, as agreed upon in the SOW. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
3. Warranty and Support
We provide a 90-day bug-fix warranty on all custom code delivered, starting from the final acceptance date. Ongoing maintenance and support are provided under separate contracts.
